All these connecting elements are bolted or screwed into place. Connections can be made along the full length of the profile slot. These connections provide sufficient stability, even under heavy loads.
These connecting elements can be re-used over and over again, or can be applied in other applications. This connection technology makes working with aluminium profiles an extremely viable economic prospect. |

Typical modular panels are 2040mm high and 1100mm wide using structural profile of 45 x 45L and 45 x 90L. All electrical wiring can be housed within the frames and accessed by removing a profile cover. Window panels are supplied in clear Perspex or polycarbonate. Opaque panels are available in rigid expanded plastic with a ‘wipe clean’ surface. Available in various colours blue, grey, white, green, yellow, red and black. |

Alternatively a base plate can be bolted to the bottom of the profile, with the foot screwed into the base plate. A threaded sleeve is available to retain the foot at 90° to the profile. The foundation brackets are used to secure the construction to the floor to ensure maximum stability. These brackets are fabricated from mild steel. |
